The latest in the Custom Line semi-displacement series, the fourth Custom Line Navetta 33, hit the water at the Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard in Ancona on Friday, May 25th. Less than a year since its official debut, the model whose style and commercial success are driving it to become a bestseller in the Custom Line fleet already has nine owners.
Navetta 33 is a superyacht permeated by an evocative harmony of styles, shapes and sources of inspiration, as well as by meticulous attention to detail, combining the values of seaworthiness, comfort, safety and customisation that have always been imprinted in Custom Line’s DNA.
The fourth Navetta 33 unit is once again the product of a joint effort by the Product Strategy Committee led by Pier Ferrari, Studio Zuccon International Project, which designed the exteriors, and the Group Engineering Office, whose naval architects and designers created the interiors.
Worthy of special note is the hull, designed with a bulbous bow, that delivers best-of-breed performance in terms of seaworthiness and stability. Equally fabulous are the areas reserved for the owner and guests on all four decks: from the wide body master suite forward on the main deck to the four guest cabins on the lower deck.
The interiors are adorned with fine materials with dark colourways and the predominant wood used is Alpi Lignum. The interior decoration features top luxury design brands Missoni, Paola Lenti, Roda, Ethimo and Poltrona Frau, among others.
Custom Line Navetta 33 is the ultimate expression of the art of yacht engineering, winning the appreciation of both the public at large and industry insiders. Bearing witness to this is the latest in a long series of international prizes received, this time as “Best Three-Deck Semi-Displacement Yacht” at the World Superyacht Awards last May 19th.
Ferretti Group yard in Ancona, a centre of European yacht building excellence, is where steel and aluminium super and mega yachts are built for the CRN, Riva and Pershing brands, together with the entire fibreglass Custom Line fleet. This is also where the Navetta 28 and the 37-metre model are created, in addition to the Navetta 42 flagship that will soon be making her debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2018 as the largest Custom Line yacht ever built. Other stand-out models in the Custom Line range include the new CL106’ and CL120’ planing models designed by Francesco Paszkowski Design.
